I take these every night. They are the best and I can tell Mt hair and nails are healthier. From taking these. They are not expensive

They work great they taste good and the price is great also they are easy to find in stores they really seem to help my nails harden

Can't say much about the effects, because so much can go unnoticed, however, I loved the ease of use and how my tummy handled these!!

I like these gummy vitamins. For one their really good. Doesn't have that medicine taste to them. I do see a difference with my nails and hair.
