Very soft and easy to chew. I did notice a faster growth in my nails. Wish it had more flavor variety.

I feel like it made my nails grow not so much my hair. I do feel good taking them though I never had any issues.  they also taste really yummy. 

When I used this product it was great! But afterwards I wasn't impressed because my hair and nails thinned out way too much! But using it was great

I bought this a month ago and so happy I did. My nails are stronger and my hair is better. This is a awesome tasting vitamin. I liked the texture.

Hardly find a supplement that tastes good, however this one actuallydoes. I think i was seeinga little progress while taking this supplement.
