The Gummies taste good. I used it few months ago. I love eating vitamines. I would recommend. The hair gets shiny also the nails

It is the best vitamin for nails and hair that I have taken , since I take it my nails and hair grow , strong and healthy

I do notice a difference when I dont take these, especially in my nails. My nails often get brittle but this has improved that, along with growth.

I think they taste good and easy to take everyday. I like that they dont taste like regular vitamin pills. I would them again for sure
