I love these! I started taking these recently and the taste is great! I love taking these. They are better than most vitamins.

These vitamins have a delicious taste and I definitely have noticed a difference as far as nails go. My hair doesnt seem to be growing very quickly.

Those vitamins are great really helpful for a daily supplements plus they are delicious! If I could I would eat them in one sitting !!!

Chewy and sweet, but I felt like they didn't make much of a difference in my hair, skin, or nails and had a lot of sugar

Flavor isn’t ideal but they work i believe. They smell very foul though. The smell is pretty horrific but if you don’t care then this is for you!!!

These are very tasty. I would recommend. Love them and they do not leave any bad after taste . I got the cherry flavored. It is value for money also.
