I see a noticeable difference when I take these. When I ran out for a while I saw the difference as well. They also taste really good!

Tried the product for a month. It worked but only for my body hair (not scalp hair) and nails. It tasted good but was too sweet.

Nothing taste is amazing and so is the benefits it does for your hair and nails it seriously is magic in a gummy haha !!!
