I hate the smell and taste of these, I'm sure they work fine judging by the biotin but holy i cant get past the smell/taste!!!

I love these, been using them for over a year and my hair is definately way longer! They taste really good too, but have 15 calories.

These made my nails very strong. I didn’t notice a change I. My hair at all but maybe I just needed to use it for longer. I only used it for 2 months

I really like the flavor of these gummies, however I saw no difference in my hair or my nails. I tried them for about three months with no change.
