Flavor is good . I have a hard time remembering to take something every day but the flavor gave me an incentive to take it.

I feel like it made my nails grow not so much my hair. I do feel good taking them though I never had any issues.  they also taste really yummy. 

I noticed improvement in my nails but as fair as my skin or hair, not so much. The flavor is good unlike others I've tried so that's a plus.

I just brought it. Taste is ok and smell good. The price is ok hope it works. Like i have started it ill will update to see what results are.

I have been taking them for like a week they taste very good but my mom has taken this since forever n she loves them they really do help a lot
