This product was not spectacular as it had been advertised to me. I didn't see improvements in my hair, skin, or nails after buying these for awhile.

Tasty really good, i dont know exactly how well they work, but feel good for taking them, i also recommend it to my friends and my family.

These supplements taste great and it makes me want to take them. Some gummy supplements i have tried have a weird taste or feel but these are great.
