I would say you need to.be patient for results . Its.a great alternative than taking multiple vitmain for the same thing

kept noticing Natures bounty in stores for its bright colored packaging. I have always been able to find natures bounty for a reasonable price.

When it tells you that you have to take it everyday, do that. It does help you. I do recommend with food but, not all the time.
