This product is great for those with a biotin deficiency. They taste great and have plenty of biotin. However, I would love to see other supplementary ingredients such as collagen, keratin, hyaluronic acid, or PABA.

I loveeeee this gummies. I have seen the growth in my hair and nails. Totally recommend this product, currently on my second bottle. Trying out their new one that has collagen and are citrus flavor.

I’ve used Nature’s Made gummies for hair, skin, and nails for years. I love that it’s easy to take (I don’t like pills) and it’s easily accessible at most stores.
