When I was taking these, my nails grew a lot. Even after I stopped taking it, for a while my nails were still growing strong. This is definitely worth it!

Not sure about effectiveness but it tastes good at least no harm at all. Hard to only have two gummies per day especially when on diet and crave sugar.

nothing special, taste good, ingredients is okay not bad but has too sweet which i don’t like it. to me it’s not worth it. nothing effective for my hair and nails. the packaging is okay bottle of plastic.

I have used these gummies for years. I got them in hopes of my hair growing faster. I don't really notice that they make a difference with my hair. But my nails grow super strong when i take them and that's why I continue to use them.
