I love these gummies. They taste good and perfect for a daily vitamin. I love that they have biotin and all of the daily vitamins that are needed! I feel so bad when I take these!

I took these for a few months and I feel like it made my nails stronger. I have weak nails but with these the nails became harder to bend which was nice! They also taste lovely which makes them easy to remember to take.
