I’ve been taking these for about a month and a half and I’ve seen a huge change in growth in both my nails and hair! Another plus of this would be that they taste so good, just like candy!

These are very tasty and have great reviews. I would have given them a 5 star but they have sugar in them. I took them and it didn’t see the best results.

Tastes super yummy like a candy. I like that it comes in gummy form much easier to remember to take everyday. You get so much in one bottle which is great value.

This is a great all inclusive vitamin with an extra boost of biotin. I didn’t use it long enough to notice a difference but it was a nice treat I know was doing me well
