I did see results after taking this bottle. Better, stronger nails and fuller hair. However for the sugar content I do prefer to take a powder or capsule. If gummies are your thing! Go for these.

I took this whole bottle, I didn’t really see a whole difference in my hair, skin, or nails. I know you’re supposed to take it for a long time to see a difference so maybe I stopped too soon.
