As a woman it’s nice to have the all in one gummies so that we don’t have to take 5 million of them to target specific needs. This is great because it targets multiple areas in one gummy!

Good to chew on and taste good when I’m eating these kind of like candy. I don’t see a huge difference but i do see my hair being more hydrated. Before it look dry now it’s shiner and overall healthier. It is worth the money as well!
