I prefer nature made's hair, skin, and nails supplements but these work ok to.im not going to say that I do or don't recommend them. I just prefer a different brand over this brand

Quality flavor with value for the money. Once regimen was established with this supplement, improvement in hair, skin, and nails were seen. Would recommend this product

I hated the flavor of this, I could not get past it. I do think that biotin has so many benefits and should be taken! But, this product is not how I will be taking it - can't get past the taste.

Love these! I take them every day and they make my hair and nails so strong and healthy! I buy 3 packs we a time and they last about 40 days! They taste so good and are pink and purple gummies!

I had these for skin and hair. The taste was good but did not notice any difference in hair or nails. I'm not sure how long you are to take, but I did for a few months.but there was no change. Package is eye catching with the pink color

First off having take vitamins is such a chore so having it and gummy for him makes it not be a bore! I love the gummy‘s because they're so easy just to pop in my mouth and go about my day. Really recommend if you do not like taking pill forms. 

Gummies tasted great — almost like candy, even — but I'm not sure if they actually make any more than a minimal difference on my hair, skin, and nails. Since they're so delicious, I figure why not keep up with taking them either way!

I have tried Nature's Bounty. It is my go to for my hair and skin. I have been using it for about 3 years and I love the results. My hair is very long and shiny.

These taste great, which isn't always the case with vitamins. Even when stale they're pretty good. It's a bit annoying that you have to take multiple and feels a bit expensive, but I guess that's typical. I didn't really notice a change however.
