Delicious! Not sure if they did anything for hair or nails but they were tasty and easy to take. Expensive though for something questionably effective...

These gummies have a good flavor. They do get a little hard and stick together in the bottom of the bottle, which makes them hard to get out. Contains the supplements I’m looking for, but not sure if they really make a difference or not.

I took these hair skin and nail gummies and, sorry to say, they didn't work. They tasted decent but what can we really expect from gummies? Better luck with capsules.
