The flavor made it very easy to take everyday. These aloud me to get to my hair growth goal I've always wanted and my skin and nails were always healthy.

These taste SO yummy. I've taken these for years and my nails are super strong. When I go months without taking these, my nails become brittle and thin, so I'm certain these WORK. They're also affordable and easy to find so that's a plus!!

These taste really good and have a great texture. I personally didn't notice a difference in my hair and nails while using this, but it does contain a lot of good ingredients to help with those.

I'm not a huge fan of the taste or texture of these. They have a very strong, fake strawberry taste which I choke down but I wish they had a better flavor.

I have been using these gummies for years with small periods of not using them and I can certainly tell the difference when I'm not using them, why I keep going back!
