I use to take these everyday. They taste great the downside is I didn't notice a difference at all. I have not bought them again since. I think k it's a waste of money honestly. There are way better vitamins on the market

I recently started taking Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails. I love the strawberry flavor! They do have a little bit of a weird texture, but I'm eager to see the results! Overall, I would recommend these.
