I used these gummies for a few months. I liked the taste of them. I don’t know that they helped my hair or nails, but I believe I did learn to keep up with a routine, I just took these dummies out. I started using a pill instead.

I like that they aren’t a gritty texture. They actually look like little nipples LOL. I do see an improvement in my nails. Not much difference in my hair.

This gummy smells and tastes so good. It’s easy to chew and has an amazing texture. It is pricy but you get what you pay for. The packaging is generic.

These taste fine. My biggest issue was I used these for months and didn't see a difference in anything. Something that actually works are using prenatals. My hair grew a ton.
