Yummy and I think it works. Sweet and taste a lot like candy so I really didn’t have any problem adding it to my routine. I just didn’t like it had gelatin in it. I avoid gelatin products at all costs

I was told to try this product by my PCP for my hair, skin an nails an really didn't notice much of difference. It just didn't seem right for me. I went with a different product an noticed a big difference after just a few days.

It easy to take everyday and definitely saw results with them especially with my nails. My nails were breaking anymore! I am not sure if there was a change in my hair I couldn't really tell and the same goes for my skin.

I love vitamins in gummy form. They seem to settle in my tummy better than pills or capsules! The flavor is good and I believe that benefitted from using these for both my hair and nails.
