They are soft and chewy just like a fruit snack. They also taste like strawberries it has a pretty good taste and texture not to bad at all compared to some other things on the market.

Took these for a little bit and thought they were an okay product. Wasn’t wowed by them but didn’t think it was the worst product. Not sure if they really worked.
