First off having take vitamins is such a chore so having it and gummy for him makes it not be a bore! I love the gummy‘s because they're so easy just to pop in my mouth and go about my day. Really recommend if you do not like taking pill forms.

This gummy supplement is yummy! I just started taking this brand's gummies for hair, nails and skin for a week. Don't know the results yet, but thumbs up for the flavor and taste.

I can not really tell if it worked or not. It tastes really good sometimes depends on if you are in the mood or not. I would change the flavor to a better one if I could.

Flavor is great. I have finished my first bottle of this and really didnt notice any difference in anything. I was hoping this could help with nail growth but it made no difference
