I've tried these and they are really yummy tasting! If I can get it in a gummy I will find it 😆 they really helped with my skin and hair! My hair is actually down to my lower back, I like to keep it well maintained and these help.

I used these for years. I love gummies vs taking traditional vitamins. These taste great and I look at them as a treat vs taking vitamins. I also like the ingredients and they don't upset my tummy.

These I haven't noticed too much of a difference on hair and nails, but they do taste alright. They do have a little bit of an after taste but nothing horrible.
