These taste great and seem to work. But they are definitely not for anyone who is trying to avoid eating lots of sugar. They are very sweet. Overall though they are fine.

The product serves as a supplement for hair and nails. However, in my experience, it only helps strengthen nails, but I haven’t found it effective for hair support. It’s easy to use, tastes good with a light scent, and is chewy.

This item is really amazing to where you can take it daily…also uuu will see a change in your nails,hair,skin like them becoming brighter or clearer skin…

Works well. Ingredients are the typical one every woman looks for and needs. I like pink packaging. Anything girlie for me. And it costs fairly the same as any other similar product.
