Ill update if I notice anything different. They taste great and I look forward to taking them everyday and hope to see results at some point, but as of right now, I dont think Id spend my money on these in the future.

These vitamins work wonder for my skin and my nails! When I take them regularly my skin is visibly better than normal! Plus they are tasty little gummies that dont have a weird vitamin aftertaste!

Natures Bounty has good quality ingredients as well as safe and effective. I would say that I would purchase them at least once after this bottle is gone. I havent noticed a big difference at all. But id give it a little more time.
