After the pregnancy i suffered a hair loss and also my nails were thinner than before. I already had thinner nails. I used these vitamines for 6 months and I saw a big difference. And they’re so delicious too i could eat the whole bottle😂

This Natures Bounty Biotin is quite good for women. It helps and improves for hairs, skins and nails. If you like gummies just go for it. I just don’t like it much. It is mushy sometimes.
