These work so well for my nails. I took them every day for months and my nails were so strong. For my hair and skin I’m not sure. They taste good too.

I prefer gummy vitamins just because they are easier on the taste buds. The taste was a bit grainy, but they did well overall. I did see nail growth, and don't remember having any breakout issues, which can be common taking vitamins like these.
