Works good as long as you are consistent with taking it. I eventually switched over to the gummies though because the smell and taste were a tad better.

These are my favorite vitamins. I highly recommend. I hate that soft texture. These are just perfectly chewy not pricey. I feel like they have an effectiveness packaging is fine.
