Not sure if it's work but it does taste good and not pricey at all. Package are safety from children and easy to open as well. Smell sour and stink but its okay

These do not work, but let's be real, almost every product like this doesn't work. The gummies do taste pretty good though! I continuously took these for about a year and it did absolutely nothing for me. Decent price though!

I used to take this supplement a few years ago with my other vitamins. I would say that my nails grew a lot and that my hair was strong at some point.

I am still unsure how I feel about these as I can't say I ever felt or saw a noticeable difference, but not sure that I am supposed to, they tasted nice which was a plus but the overall effectiveness of them I can't say
