This is the worst vitamin it's too sweet and honestly I feel they are nothing more than gummy candy. They really are no good but the prenatal ones are absolutely perfect and my daily vitamin. Dont waste money here bc u will see its just gummy candy

These taste amazing. Not weird aftertaste and it helped strengthen my nails. They've grown quicker and thicker and chip least often. I haven't noticed much with my skin and hair, since I take care of my hair and skin, but I'm rough with my hands.
