To start with, These taste amazing! Very easy formula to use. I do notice my nails seem stronger and less prone to breaking when i take these daily. Great price too.

I was extremely underwhelmed with these. I took 3 a day for 4 months and saw virtually no hair growth (I went by length). They taste good but that’s the best part about them... might as well be eating Scooby snack gummies
