This makes my hair grow!! I have bleached hair and this makes it grow, I can tell because I need to get my hair done more often. It also helps my chemically treated hair. My nails also grow super fast.

This gummy is pretty good and I do see some improvement with my nails and my hair does feel softer it's not brittle bit's not brittle but you do have to use this product for a longer period of time before you could see results
