These are my favorite gummies for my hair skin and nails. They taste good, they aren't like you are chewing a tough steak to finish. Only two a day. I eat without a meal and I feel fine.

I switched to the gummies because I hate taking pills but for some reason it just feels like I'm eating candy. That's how sweet they are. I dont think the added sugars is beneficial to my hair so I'm just going to switch back to the pills.
