I used these gummies for a few months. I liked the taste of them. I don’t know that they helped my hair or nails, but I believe I did learn to keep up with a routine, I just took these dummies out. I started using a pill instead.

The texture of these weren’t great, they did t taste great and they were kind of rubbery and hard. I didn’t notice much difference taking them. I don’t feel like they were effective.
