I've only been on these vitamin's for 15 day's and my finger nails are growing like crazy,as before I couldn't get them to grow at all ,so happy I started these vitamin's there worth it.

I have used these gummies for years. I got them in hopes of my hair growing faster. I don't really notice that they make a difference with my hair. But my nails grow super strong when i take them and that's why I continue to use them.

Nature's bounty hair skin and nails 2500 mag of biotin 80 is absolutely the perfect vitamin. It gives Mt nail the strength it needs keeps my skin fresh and my hair good.
