[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gummies are tasty and I would like to eat them just like regular candy if I didn't know it was a supplement, and it barely leaves a dark sugar taste.. The idea is very convenient because you only have to take two a day. It would be better if you're not required to take food with it because sometimes you just take it whenever you remember and those times might be the times you didn't have food. Until time tells, I look forward to see more results pop out.

I feel like I can get the same vitamins from a health store without all the sugar. Too sweet for my liking. I feel like I haven’t used them for long enough to see any results but I don’t know if I’ll continue based on the flavor.

My main complaint is that upon removing the safety seal sticker, I found that it was half full-- removing the outer sticker on the product proves it further. As I am trying to reduce my purchases of single-use plastic, I found this wasteful and somewhat deceptive, as I would expect the price I pay for vitamins that it would be full to the top. Since they're gummies, I doubt they can be damaged. I would only buy this again when it's on sale at the store.

I have noticed hair got oilier a little quicker than usual don't know if that is because of these vitamins or hormones going nutty

I can take these and feel guilt free as they have no artificial sweetener, and have naturally sourced colors and flavors. Since taking these, I can already see improvement! My hair is extra shiny, skin is smoother, and nails are stronger. Im excited to see the results after long term use.

I have been really good about taking these every day because I wanted to see if they would actually make a difference. My hair and nails already grow very fast, so it's impossible to determine if these help with growth. However, one thing I can say is it does not make my nails any stronger. Every day things that can make nails chip or break like opening a stuck cabinet or bringing in a load of heavy groceries, etc., still made me chip a nail. I'm not going to buy these, but I'm glad I tried them so now I know for sure I don't need them. I recieved this product complimentary for testing purposes.
