I could not open my advanced bottle. We had to break the top to get it off. It said push down and turn. We did and all it did was keep turning and never came off. Because of this I will not buy this product again.

I tried this and they didnt work for me. I tried for 3 months. The only good thing was the taste and they were soft chew. I have sensitive teeth and did not hurt.
