I love to have my vitamins in gummy form. It’s a good sweet treat that’s actually good for you. I like to take biotin for my hair and nails I think it helps keep them both hydrated looking. Would recommend this brand.

I don’t feel like these did much to help my skin and nails. I felt better off continuing to take prenatal vitamins. They do taste good though so that’s a plus.

I’ve tried these out years ago and I never saw the progress I was hoping for, I don’t think I would try these again but they tasted good. I think they work but they just didn’t work for me

Tastes very good and seems to make my skin glow and hair look healthier. However as far as the nails , it does not seem to do much. That may not be the case for others. I suggest you try to see what benefits you gain from it
