These are really great if you are looking to strengthen your nails. I haven't seen any benefits for my hair or skin but my main goal in taking these has been to strengthen my nails and they've done that!

I'm not sure if it really helps my skin and nails, but it's yummy lol. I have ready that biotin is supposed to be good for your hair and skin, and it's not pricey. I will buy again when it's on sale.

I've been using this for years and years and idk if I ever really saw a huge difference, personally I had better results with a brush on nail strengthener and hair and skin products that I used topically
