These are my favorite gummies to help keep my hair healthy. I'm not sure how much of a big difference these make but I think you just have to be consistent

This was such a good supplement to take. I love how it made my skin and hair feel. Taking care of yourself from the inside out is the best way to do it.

4 stars because it helps my hair grow fast and long in a short amount of time and my nails grow fast too. The only con is the biotin breaks my face out.

Okay, not only are these vitamins yummy, but your body can easily digest them, so you can get the nutrients you need. Affordable, yummy, and they work! I ran out of mine, which reminds me I need to order again.
