Yummy and easy way to add vitamins and biotin into your diet. I didn’t notice results right away but since I’ve been taking them for a few months now I do notice my nails feeling stronger and my hair growing out better.

This gummy smells and tastes so good. It’s easy to chew and has an amazing texture. It is pricy but you get what you pay for. The packaging is generic.

 I have used this product a few times. It has good flavor and good taste but as far as my hair skin and nails I didn't notice much of a difference. Maybe I need to give it more time.
