I love these vitamins! They are great and tasty because the gummies flavor out of adult things this is great because it's like a piece of candy instead haha

I have mostly tried these in hopes of it helping strengthen my nails, i feel like they do help when i remember to take them on a regular basis. They taste pretty good but tend to stick together after awhile but maybe my house is just too humid.
