The gummy itself is tasty, but not sure how helpful it is for my hair and nails. I took an entire bottle and didn’t see a major improvement, but it can’t hurt!

Bought these vitamins for extra support for my hair and skin. Taste delicious! Look forward to taking these everyday! They get harder if you don't close the lid correctly, though. Great addition!

I love taking these gummies everyday. I saw improvement of my nails first and I was shook!! And then I started to see in my hair!!! I love these definitely recommend

I did see results after taking this bottle. Better, stronger nails and fuller hair. However for the sugar content I do prefer to take a powder or capsule. If gummies are your thing! Go for these.

I’m not sure how much they are helping because I don’t take consistently. But they taste great and would be easy to take daily for a person who hates the smell or taste of vitamins.

I have noticeably seen a difference in my skin and nails after taking these supplements!!!! I’m obsessed with the results. I would defiantly recommend these to friends!
