I switched to the gummies because I hate taking pills but for some reason it just feels like I'm eating candy. That's how sweet they are. I dont think the added sugars is beneficial to my hair so I'm just going to switch back to the pills.

These taste so good to be honest. My nails have felt so much stronger and healthier since using them. I enjoy taking them because they taste sweet, like fruit snacks🤣

I bought a bottle of these and while they taste great, it is super unappealing to even want to eat them as they are all cracked and white and stuck to the bottom of the container. I don't know if I will attempt to buy another bottle or not yet.

I think these work! It’s hard to tell wether or not this really works. However I do think i saw a difference in the density in my nails. I have pretty thin nails and this seemed to harden them!

I really love the flavor. I also do notice a difference in my hair and nails. Probably my skin too. I think it’s important to add supplements to your routine.
