I take these everyday and they are amazing vitamins! I actually do see a difference in my hair skin and nails you just have to make sure you are consistent. I definitely recommmend!

I always looked forward to taking these vitamins every night because they are genuinely delicious! I guess that’s one way to stay consistent with your vitamins.

They are so good! I have remind myself not to eat more then 2 lol. They helped my skin get better and nail! I might of not seen a drastic change with my hair but they are good!

This is a great , natural product that didn’t cause any side effects. Consistency is key when using this treatment as you’ll see better results when taken every day.

Not sure about effectiveness but it tastes good at least no harm at all. Hard to only have two gummies per day especially when on diet and crave sugar.
