I have bought these at several different stores and they seem to help a bit with my fingernails and hair growth. The last bottle I got from Sam’s Club, I had shipped to my house and they were stuck together like the others said and I am over halfway through a bottle and my nails are really thin and chipping and I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair or skin.

One thing I dislike is how much sugar is in them. I enjoy the product with food consumption. I like that it's like your eating candy

I take vitamins for my hair but usually in tablet form because I am very picky when it comes to gummy bear flavoring. However this product exceeded my expectations! They taste good and all, but I can't actually tell if they work. I'd like to think so! My nails haven't been any stronger and crack and break off after taking them for over a month and half. It's hard to tell if it helps my hair as well..no major signs. And my skin has been fairly clear, but due to other products that I trust.
