These products have to be consumes for more than a month to see results. They taste semi sweet but leave a slight after taste. Over all das minor results if any in hair grown and skin improvement. Wish the ingredients were simple and clean

This is a god value for the money. It is sealed but it is easy to open. The texture is a medium softness. The taste is okay. It does seem to work and one can see results after a month.

As someone with weak nails and color treated hair this biotin supplement has helped so much. In addition I am one that does not enjoy swallowing pills and these gummies save so much time. They have a good taste and are easy to eat. Overall 10/10
