The flavor of these gummies is pretty sweet. I have been taking them for a couple of months, and I have had any noticeable improvement in my hair, skin, or nails, so I will probably not purchase again.

They tasted great, but to be honest, I used them for about 6 months and I really didn't notice any changes of note in my hair, skin, or nails. I've used other products since that I feel like I've seen more effectiveness out of.

Did not enjoy the texture and taste of these vitamins. Left a strange taste in my mouth after. Tried once and would not try again. Just average vitamins

Great vitamin that has Biotin for the Hair and Nails. I used this when I wanted my nails to start growing without constantly chipping away. The price is also affordable.
