I tried these supplements and they taste very good and they’re very effective. I saw results within about 1-2 weeks. I definitely recommend and now my hair, skin, and nails are so healthy. Also the packaging is sooo pretty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im sure this works for some but Im not a fan of taking supplements in a gummy form. I dont care for gummies to begin and the taste of these isnt the greatest. Not something I would purchase .

I was taking these every day for 3 months and although they tasted good, they seemed to make my skin break out. My hair did not seem to grow any longer but my nails did grow long and hard.
