Its so much easier to take than regular vitamin tablets which gross and chalky. I would DEFINITELY buy this vitamin. There has been a really improvement in my hair and nail growth & health!!

Not only that but stronger as well, something very important to a person with thin nails. The verdict is still out on the hair and skin but if the results with my nails are any indication, I expect my hair and skin to be healthier than ever.

In that time I have seen some results that I'm happy with. I love that it is a gummy versus normal supplements that are in tablet form. There's no artificial flavors, lactose, soy or gluten and a few others. Being that I cannot have gluten, I was happy to see I can take these with no worries. The number one ingredient is sugar though, so keep that in mind. There is 80 gummies which is a 40 day supply at 2 gummies per day. They taste great and don't leave a weird aftertaste that I usually notice with some gummies. I take 2 gummies with my morning coffee or breakfast. Results were not immediate, remember that it is a supplement, but after using for almost 3 weeks I did notice that my nails grew not only faster than normal but were quite a bit stronger. There has been no big change in my hair or skin but I believe with continued use, there will be. The gummies are a boost in the vitamins you need for healthy skin, hair and nails. I'll definitely purchase these when I run out and keep this in my routine.
