I took these for a few months and I feel like it made my nails stronger. I have weak nails but with these the nails became harder to bend which was nice! They also taste lovely which makes them easy to remember to take.

I recently started taking these a while ago, although I know it hasn't been long enough i really do feel like they make a difference. Not only that but they taste amazing, and are such a good price.
