This is a Very good choice if your looking for a good tasting and affordable option that will give you a great amount of nutrients to help a woman's hair, skin and nails. I've bought these many times and still do occasionally. With the added amount of biotin they have now just made them even better being that i noticed great results when taking these.

The flavor is decent, but of course, nothing amazing. And if anything, it just feels like an alternative option from unhealthy gummy bears. I probably wouldnt buy it again, unfortunately.

i noticed a HUGE difference in my nail structure and strength taking these. the quality of them are great, the only downside i’ve noticed is it doesn’t effect all three hair skin & nails your body kinda takes to what needs it. packaging is a little bulky but you get a good amount for the price
