The best that I have ever taken.

These were more like hard gumdrops. Couldn’t find an expiration date.

Not  Chewable

I can really see difference in my nails.  Brittle and split without this.

The taste is great. I take two a day. I don't really know if it works but it does not hurt.

Hair, nails and skin gummies

The gummies are all stuck together in one big clump. The gummies must have gotten too hot, that they melted together and are all stuck.  I had them delivered to me see I did NOT shop for them personally.  Sam's shopper should have shakedown the bottom first to make sure they are all loose. It's very hard for my old arthritic fingers to pry them loose. I am disabled and can't shop for myself or return them.

I started using Hair, Skin & Nails about 10 weeks ago and it is helping my hair and nails. I highly recommend it.
