These taste like strawberry, without being too sweet. Theyre easy to remember, with the pink packaging peeking out of my medicine cabinet. They seem to work well; Ill try to update once Ive finished the bottle. My only complaint is they dont say much about how they work or what kind of results I should be getting. Why biotin? I take collagen peptides daily which also help my skin & hair but also contain protein, so the main beauty benefit of these over my collagen habit is simply price.

Ive used these for about a month now and I havent noticed my hair growing out more than usual, I got my hair done right when I started using these so its easy to see how much growth Ive had. Every 6 months I have about 2.5 inches of hair growth so Ill continue use over the next few months and update to see if it helps with extended use. These taste very good though I will say
