I think this product is a good resource for Biotin .It's price is comfortable good value .I have been using for long time and I like it . Its flavor is delicious, but I think it contains many calories for each gum (15 calories) and you have to take two daily, that is, it is 30 calories daily. I really enjoy these vitamins! They taste so good so its hard to only take 2 a day. The biggest change I've noticed are my nails! They used to be so brittle and take forever to grow. I will say, I took these every day religiously for at least 2 weeks to test them before I made my review.
