I have been taking this for quite some time and I loooooved this!!! This taste sooo delicious without any after taste at all like some other vitamins. I have tried different kinds over the counter and this by far is my most favorite!

I bought my first bottle of this about three weeks ago and I am OBSESSED! First- they taste so good. They're seriously like candy. Second they are so easy to take, I love the gummy formulation. Finally after about three weeks I'm noticing that my nails are definitely feeling stronger! I think it's a little too early to tell any other results but I feel like it's working.
