From what I can tell after using them for a month, it did help with the strength of my nails. My nails are really long, and I haven't experienced a break since using these. As far as hair and skin, I would like to keep trying them to see but I didn't have any extra problems while taking these so I'm confident that these are legit.

My hair has always been thin but with age, my thyroid issues snd after kids my hair has thinned out and has become more fine. I definitely need added support to make my hair stronger and healthier. It is also a familiar brand that I can trust. Not crazy that gummies stick to your teeth and not healthy in that sense. I wonder if they have these in another form but not gummy. I also need to keep them away from my kids because they would probably love the flavor and taste and think they are candy lol. I will buy these again and refer to my friends snd family who are looking for a product to help them as well.

This are my favorite vitamins to take for my hair and nails, they are super easy to take and they taste super yummy so that's a major bonus, try these if you are someone who has trouble with taking pills like I do. They are super affordable and do what they say.

I don't think vitamins should have sugar or corn syrup in them! I do like that they do not have dairy or artificial flavors! I have not noticed a huge difference in my hair but have noticed my nails are stronger. If you are looking for an easy to take vitamins supplement I would recommend this, if you stop at 2 for the day!
