These are really good taste so yummy almost berry flavored. I take two per day as instructed and I do believe they do what they are supposed. No artificial flavor or sweetener, milk or gluten so really good for a good range of people would definitely recommend

I know that not always eating the best I should if I want my hair skin and nails looking their best I need a supplement. These are delicious! They have a great strawberry taste. And of course they are gummies ! Soo soo much better then taking a vitamin pill. Since taking these my nails and hair growth has definitely been much better!

i love the way these vitamin gummies taste! as for effectiveness, i notice more of a difference when i include other preventative measures such as nail hardener. this helps, but i need other products for it to be fully effective. good value for the price.

I already have an established skincare routine and my skin is pretty decent. I also take very good care of my natural coily/curly hair. With that being said, I’m always up for taking something that improves what I’m doing even more. While this hasn’t hurt anything, I can’t say I’ve seen amazing results just yet. But if you’re someone that’s starting, I definitely feel that this could be a positive starting point.
