I can sure live without them

My hair just seems thicker/healthier and my skin is clearer too. They taste really good and I usually take 2 in the morning. Ice only been using it for a week or so but I'm staying to notice a difference in my skin. It doesn't look as dull as before. My nails seem to be growing faster and they aren't breaking. Not much difference in my hair but I'm sure I'll update this soon with great news about my hair!!

It taste so good , youll just have to so consitent. This actually grows your nails like crazy. I personally think this product will help your hair moe defined and feel so healthy.

Also I cant tell if the product is actually helping my hair/skin/nails as promised. I would recommend because vitamins can be helpful for some people. However, not everyone needs them and it is more important to gain them from fruits and veggies rather than a gummy.
