I've been taking Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails 2,500 mcg of Biotin 80 Softgels for a few months now and I am very happy with the results. I have noticed a significant improvement in the condition of my hair, skin, and nails. My hair is shinier and stronger, my skin is smoother and more hydrated, and my nails are stronger and less brittle. I'm also taking other vitamins and supplements, but I believe this is the one that's making the biggest difference. The softgels are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant taste. I highly recommend this product!

So, as to the actusl effects, I am not too sure just yet? I think one would have to take them for at least a month or two to be able to correctly guage that? However, they taste great!! The flavor is amazing and you don't even realize you are taking a vitamin/supplement/etc! Super yummy! So, I give them an A+ on that, but the jury is still out on effectiveness. It does taste a little chalky to me, but would not stop me from taking them. I have been taking the gummies for about a week, and my nails do seem to be getting stronger.
