Ive used them in the past and I did notice my nails got stronger and grew back faster. I didnt notice a huge difference in my hair but I only used them for consistently for two months. Overall I would recommend them.

Ive been eating these yummy gummies daily for about three weeks now and I notice my nails are much more shinier and stronger. I cant tell if my hair is any different I just have to wait and see. Noticed hair was softer, nails got a little stronger, I'm a week in of taking gummies twice a day and Im noticing changes. These you have to take for a bit before seeing results. I dont need to have water to make sure I can swallow it like many other products that are like this. My hair and nails feel stronger and healthier after I started using this product. They arent overly sweat and they arent loaded up with a lot of sugar compared to most types of gummies.
