[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just a few days, there are definitely some pros about this particular brand compared to the current hair/skin/nail vitamins I was using. They taste great and dissolve easily. Most chewy vitamins require me to chew them more and they get stuck in my teeth, but not these. I also can take these without food and it doesnt bother my stomach. Its too soon to tell how the results of growth compare. I gave it 4 stars because the main ingredient is sugar

These to me I just wake up have a meal and pop 2 gummies and I go on with my day and I just feel like Im eating some strawberry flavored gummie bears. These were something I was extremely excited about since I have extremely brittle hair and nails. 3 days in to take them I broke a nail and by day 7 it was right back to the same length as when I broke it. My nails are stronger than ever and so is my hair! I cant recommend these enough. Im so excited I found out about these. Definitely a forever thing for my fault routine..

I have use these as well as other hair skin and nail products in the past. The gummy chewables actually taste very good and it takes about a month month and a half for them to get in your system and see a difference. My skin had a better glue in hair felt better and my nails are also thicker and was not breaking off.
